Planet Infotech believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of Project.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that Planet Infotech marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, X-mas, New Year etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Below Some More terms and conditions for cancellation and refund.
1) We Done What Work customers offering and providing Data in the Project files
2) Project will be done as per guideline and given documents.
3) Project will be delivered on Given Deadline or Given Time.
4) Project cost will be depend on given works and Hole works Will be analysis Then Final Coat will Be given Then after full agreement done and the full cost setup for deadline .
5) Customer Have to pay 50% Advanced payment for starting the work. After full Work customer have to pay full amount in 3 days. Otherwise his works will be discontinued from our side.
6) If customer want to cancel his project we not returned advanced amount in mid after Starting work on project. If project will be started no returned policy for advanced which he pay to our company.
7) Amount Only refund when u make wrong plans or you did not want to work to start. But u not need to pay amount for after purchasing plans. if u purchasing plans and u pay then u want to cancel the work the we deducted only transaction charges+taxes+5% of cost budget on given amount.
8) Work done as per given guideline and documents if customer wants to some changes it will be chargeable as per works and time.
9) Our plans not include Hosting and domain. u need to buy separate hosting and domain or u can pay to developer for these works .
Refund Policy
When you Book our Product Plans, your purchase is covered by our 2-day. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 2 days of receive your Booked plan. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 15 days period.
